3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 2029pub reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. 3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 2029pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 2029pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 2029pub platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 2029pub reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. 12.3 Finality of Game Results. Game results and transaction records as recorded by the 2029pub server shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the player's device display and the server record, the server record shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
